1. How do I order a custom oil painting from Youmo Art?

You can purchase available paintings directly through our website at youmobe.com, or request a completely bespoke commission. If you have a specific design, photograph, or reference in mind (including personalized portraits, custom sizes, or specific styles) that is not listed in our catalog, simply email your images to youmoart001@gmail.com with your preferred dimensions, framing choices, and quantity. We will provide a detailed quote and consultation within 12 hours.

2. Are your paintings 100% hand-painted?

Yes, absolutely. Every piece from Youmo Art is 100% painted by hand by professional master artists using premium oil paints on archival-grade canvas. We never sell digital prints, canvas transfers, or machine-assisted reproductions.

3. What sizes are available?

We offer a wide selection of standard sizes to suit various living spaces and standard frame dimensions:

  • 8 x 10 inches (20 x 25 cm)
  • 12 x 16 inches (30 x 40 cm)
  • 16 x 20 inches (40 x 50 cm)
  • 20 x 24 inches (50 x 60 cm)
  • 24 x 36 inches (60 x 90 cm)
  • 30 x 40 inches (75 x 100 cm)

Custom Dimensions: Because every artwork is created from scratch, we can custom-paint any specific or oversized dimensions to fit your exact interior wall space.

4. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum order quantity. You are welcome to order a single painting for your home, or large quantities for commercial projects, luxury hotels, and staging studios. We offer tiered wholesale discounts and dedicated support for bulk orders and ongoing trade partners.

5. Can you stretch and frame the artwork?

Yes. We provide rolled canvas (shipped in protective tubes), stretched gallery wraps (ready to hang), and custom framed options. If you have specific frame color or profile preferences, please let us know when placing your order.

7. What if my painting arrives damaged?

We pack all shipments with great care. However, if your painting arrives damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the artwork and outer packaging and email them to youmoart001@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange a free repaint or issue a full refund.

8. How are paintings packaged for shipping?

Every painting is protected with a waterproof surface film:

  • Unframed / Rolled art: Carefully rolled inside a sturdy, hard mailing tube to prevent creasing and pressure damage during international transit.
  • Framed / Stretched art: Fitted with corner protectors, wrapped in multi-layer bubble wrap, and packed securely inside a heavy-duty reinforced corrugated carton.
